U.S. State Department refutes Blinken's statement

The U.S. State Department denied the information circulated by Politico earlier.

The article published in Politico said that Secretary of State Antony Blinken allegedly warned that Azerbaijan could "attack" Armenia in the coming weeks.

State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said that the article was inaccurate.

"We have stressed that any infringement of that sovereignty and territorial integrity would bring serious consequences," Matthew Miller said.
