The U.S. military base in western Iraq has been hit by a new rocket attack yesterday, an Iraqi military statement said.
"Five rockets landed on Ain al-Asad airbase, which hosts U.S. forces in Anbar province in western Iraq," Reuters cited the statement as saying.
No casualties were reported, it added, giving no further details.
