The United States doesn't believes that China is neutral over the Ukraine situation, State Department spokesperson Ned Price said.
"To put it bluntly, we are concerned about China’s alignment with Russia. We have noted statements from the PRC claiming that China is neutral, but its behavior, its rhetoric, its actions suggest that it is anything but. It is still investing in close ties with Russia,"
