UEFA scandal forces its representatives to postpone visit to Crimea

Crimean Minister of Sports Georgy Shestak said today that a visit by representatives of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) to Crimea has been postponed because of the scandal in the organization.

According to him, the delegation will certainly come, but after the internal problems of the association have been solved. Shestak also noted that UEFA originally planned the visit for the first days of October, and the change of date is up to them.

At the same time, he expressed the opinion that it is connected with the salacious goings-on that are taking place in UEFA and FIFA. "Perhaps as soon as this situation is settled they will arrive here. And we are waiting for them, we need help," TASS quotes the Minister as saying.
