UK allows its ships to pay for service in Crimea

A historic event connected with the recognition of Crimea as Russian territory took place today in Great Britain: the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation of HM Treasury canceled a ban on payments for ships under the British flag in Crimean ports.

The permission to pay in the ports of Crimea came into force on January 1. From now on, payments are possible in favor of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Crimean Republic "Crimean Sea Ports" for the services of the Kerch fishing port, Yalta commercial port and Yevpatoria commercial port.
