UK promises Turkey 400 million euros to cut inflow of refugees

The UK proposed financial assistance to Turkey to cut the inflow of refugees from Syria.

"British Prime Minister David Cameron has offered 400 million euros for the implementation of Turkey's plan, which is the only financial promise at the moment," the Guardian newspaper reports.

Turkey, in its turn, has to help protect the EU borders and resettle refugees that have managed to get to Europe from Turkey, RIA Novosti reports.
