UN General Assembly passes resolution on Russia’s operation in Ukraine

The UN General Assembly passed a resolution at its special session on Wednesday condemning Russia’s operation in Ukraine.

The vote on the resolution was 141-5, with 35 abstentions.

Earlier, Russia vetoed a similar document at the UN Security Council. The UN General Assembly’s resolution is not legally binding.
