Russia's proposal for the development of the application forms for a potential supply of arms to Iran was blocked today by the UN Security Council.
According to the diplomatic sources, Russia offered to coordinate the template on which countries will be able to apply to the UN Security Council on the supply of the military equipment to Iran in the seven categories of the UN Register of Conventional Arms, Gazeta.ru reports.
