Permanent Representative of presiding Uruguay to the United Nations, Elbio Rosselli, reported today that the UN Security Council has proceeded to the formation of a new resolution in connection with North Korea's test of a nuclear weapon.
"The members of the Security Council recalled that they had previously expressed the intention of taking significant measures in the event of further tests, and in this regard, and considering the seriousness of the violations, the members of the Security Council will immediately begin to work on such measures in the new resolution," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
