Despite the hostilities in Aleppo, the ceasefire regime in Syria is generally respected, the UN Secretary General's special envoy on Syria Staffan de Mistura stated, TASS reports.
But, according to him, no one denies that military actions, which are currently taking place in some regions, particularly in Aleppo, are a matter of concern.
In addition, he stressed that the process of humanitarian access in Syria is progressing too slowly.
