Russia agreed to return to Ukraine three naval vessels captured near the Kerch Strait in November 2018, UNIAN reports.
That's according to a Russian news outlet Kommersant, citing its source. The parties are now agreeing on the place and time of transfer of the three boats, the source said. The issue should be resolved before the Normandy Four summit, which is scheduled for December 9.
