The US bans Russian-linked ships from entering its ports. This was stated by US President Joe Biden, speaking at the White House with a brief speech on the situation around Ukraine on April 21.
"I announce a ban on the entry of Russian ships. It is forbidden for ships to enter US ports, as is done in Europe", the American leader said.
Earlier, similar measures had been announced by the EU countries. At the same time, the EU decision does not apply to the supply of agricultural products and energy products.
