Saturday's US-led coalition airstrike on the Syrian government positions near Deir ez-Zor highlighted US support for terrorists, a spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Bahram Qasemi said yesterday, Sputnik reports.
"This action, which coincided with a Daesh's offensive, indicates that the United States is supporting terrorist groups in Syria and is also a violation of Syria's sovereignty," he said.
