US State Department spokesman John Kirby said that the country continues to explore the possibility of introducing sanctions against Iran in connection with the ballistic missile program.
"We have dealt with their ballistic missile activity through sanctions in the past and I expect that we will continue to hold them accountable in the future," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
He also noted that currently they are working on the technical aspects.
