The head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin said that Washington is considering the possibility of disconnecting Russia from GPS navigation systems.
"Did you know that today, within the framework of sanctions, the United States is considering the possibility of disconnecting the Russian Federation from GPS? Do you know about this? You don't know. But I can tell you that such an issue is being considered," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
At the same time, he noted that there is no point to worry since each smartphone is connected to the GLONASS system, which in this case will continue to work.
