The US Department of State told the Russian media today that the United States is not denying an opportunity to renew the INF Treaty if it is necessary to do so.
“The United States reserves the right to change its decision on the withdrawal from the treaty before the end of the six-month period, and we will be ready to consider such a course of action if Russia returns to full and verifiable compliance with the INF Treaty,” TASS cites the message of the State Department.
