According to a representative of the US State Department, John Kirby, in the course of a telephone conversation, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry have noted progress in Ukraine.
According to him, the parties noted steps in the right direction in order to comply with the Minsk Agreement.
Kirby also stressed that there is a very fragile ceasefire in Ukraine. "According to the recent information, the agreement is being complied with,’’ concluded the representative of the US State Department.
