According to the spokesperson of the State Department, John Kirby, the US authorities are to find out if the laws of the US regarding sanctions against Iran could limit the possible supply of S-300 missile systems to Tehran.
"It is not forbidden by the UN Security Council resolutions, but we will check whether it violates American laws on sanctions against Iran," Tass quoted him as saying.
