US to resume shale oil production

A number of oil companies that extract shale oil have resumed the work on the previously drilled wells in the US.

Oasis Petroleum and Pioneer Natural Resources noted that they were ready to start 'defrosting' of wells and shale oil production, however, the continuation of drilling will be possible at much higher prices, RBC reports with reference to Reuters.
