Four tourists were rescued in the village of Omalo at an altitude of about 1.9 thousand meters above sea level.
According to the Emergency Management Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, the rescuers left for the site as soon as the Emergency Management Center received a relevant message.
Among the victims - three women and one man. They were taken by the police helicopter to a hospital in Tbilisi. Now their lives are safe, Sputnik Georgia reports.
