The Minsk process may be frozen because of the sides’ disagreement, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said after the Normandy Four foreign ministers met in Berlin earlier on Wednesday, Tass reports.
"We failed to reach an agreement on major key issues. Regrettably, differences on the crucial and key points may ultimately freeze the Minsk process," the Ukrainian foreign minister underlined.
