Ukraine closes access to Crimea for trucks

Today, at 2am local time, the Ukrainian side stopped allowing trucks to cross into Crimea by installing concrete blocks on the road, the head of the 'Dzhankoy' checkpoint, Lieutenant-Colonel Sergey Logvinov of the FSB Border Service of Russia said.

"The checkpoint is operating in normal mode, the border from the Ukrainian side is crossed by passenger cars and pedestrians, but from 02:00 the movement of trucks from the Ukrainian side was stopped," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
