 Ukraine considers using Turkish drones?

Ukrainian army ready to add UAVs Bayraktar TB2 to its armory, Ukraine's Presidential adviser and Minister of Defense Yuriy Biryukov said on his Facebook page.

During the official visit to Turkey, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko visited the production of Baykar Makina, one of the world's leaders in the production of powerful unmanned aviation complexes, the presidential press-service reported.

"Tactical and technical characteristics of UAVs of various types, including the military ones, were demonstrated to the Head of State and the Ukrainian delegation. Also, negotiations were held on cooperation between the defense complexes of Ukraine and Turkey," Interfax cited the statement as saying.

Bayraktar TB2 has wing span of 12 meters and max takeoff weight of 650 kg. It can carry 150 kilograms of cargo and operate day and night with communication range of 150 km.
