Ukraine has extradited a Kazakhstani citizen who was a member of ISIS. He was detained in Ukraine in March. The Turkish police detained him in an area bordering with Syria in February. The suspect allegedly used false documents to evade the initial arrest, RIA Novosti reports.
The ISIS militant was the leader of a terrorist unit. He will face trial in Kazakhstan.
