Former prosecutor of Crimea, now a State Duma deputy, Natalia Poklonskaya called a politically motivated case of treason, which was filed against her by a court in Kiev. She believes that exactly Ukraine is the temporary occupied territory.
According to Poklonskaya, the case against her was filed due to the fact that she did not support the anti-constitutional coup and did not participate in a criminal conspiracy with the acting Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Oleh Makhnitskyi, who was illegally appointed by the acting president, abusing the power; and because she did not fulfill their illegal and criminal directives.’’
