President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed the Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Klimkin to inform the Russian leadership that the conduct of elections to the Russian Federation’s State Dume is not possible on the Ukrainian territory.
"The President instructed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to inform Moscow about the inability of the Russian elections to be hold in Ukraine,’’ the press secretary of the President, Svyatoslav Tsegolko, wrote on his page on Facebook, Interfax reports.
