The State Border Service of Ukraine has announced the arrest of two Russian citizens on the border with the Rostov region.
"On September 12th in the morning at the site of the Melovoye department, employees of the Lugansk border detachment detained two trespassers, who had illegally crossed the state border of Ukraine. The border guards established the fact of violation of the border with the help of a night vision device,’’ Interfax cites the press service of the SBS.
