Ukraine's Naftogaz state energy company said Monday the Ukrainian gas transportation system (GTS) was absolutely capable of providing an uninterrupted transit of Russian natural gas to the European Union, Sputnik reports.
"From our point of view, there is no reason to worry about the reliability of the Ukrainian GTS, We guarantee uninterrupted transit," Naftogaz Chief Commercial Officer Yuriy Vitrenko said in an interview with Ukrainian Channel 5 television.
