Ukraine's snap parliamentary elections: Poll stations opened in Ukraine

Today, July 21, Ukraine is holding early elections to the Verkhovna Rada, the country's parliament.

The polling stations opened at eight in the morning and will operate until 20:00 local time.

Citizens vote in line with a mixed system – part of the people's deputies will be elected on general party lists, and some – individually in their local "majoritarian constituencies".

Thus, voters will receive two ballots with lists of parties and majoritarian candidates. Citizens shall make one mark per ballot.
