Ukraine, which has started buying Iranian oil since June 2017, already bought almost $5.7 million worth of crude oil from Iran, Ukraine's State Fiscal Service said in a message.
"If in June Ukraine received Iran's crude oil for $236,000, supplies in July amounted to $5.442 million," Interfax cited the statement as saying.
In general, in January-July 2017 Ukraine imported 508,105 tonnes of crude oil worth $213.001 million, in particular from Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
Ukraine has got only one oil refinery now - the Kremenchug plant.
