Ukrainian Foreign Ministry protests against Putin's visit to Crimea

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has protested in connection with Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent visit to Crimea, according to the ministry's statement posted on its website.

The ministry stressed that Kiev considers this visit a grave violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, Interfax reported.

On August 4, Putin arrived in Sevastopol to attend the Opera in Chersonese festival.
