Today the law ‘On the national police’ came into force in Ukraine, according to which the Ukrainian militia ceased to exist. On its first day, the Ukrainian police received more than 3300 calls from citizens, the communications department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported.
Each of the calls is transferred to an authorized officer of the National Police in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
