Ukrainian nationalists accused of involvement in war in Chechnya demand jury trial

Members of the Ukrainian nationalist organization UNA-UNSO, Nicholas Karpyuk and Stanislav Klyh, who were accused of involvement in the armed conflict in Chechnya in the 90s by supporting militants, have demanded a jury trial.

"During the hearing an application for examination of the case by jury was held,'' Interfax cites the lawyer of one of the defendants, Marina Dubrovina.
