The people's militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic claims that Ukrainian security forces have deployed armoured vehicles near the Kyiv-controlled village of Novotoshkovskoye along the contact line in Donbas.
Earlier, the LPR People's Police reported that the Ukrainian security forces use electronic warfare to interfere with the work of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission's drones at the contact line in Donbass in order to hide the deployment of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
"In violation of the third point of the set of additional measures, the enemy continues to deploy weapons and military equipment in settlements on the territory controlled by Ukraine," a spokesman for the defense ministry's press service told reporters.
