Ukrainians start travelling to Georgia more often

Georgian Ambassador to Kiev, Mikhail Ukleba has stated in an interview for ‘‘Commander in Chief’’ about increase in the number of Ukrainian citizens who travel to Georgia.

"One of the important directions of the embassy is tourism, the intensity of which increases every year. For example 76,000 Ukrainians visited Georgia in 2012, 126,000 people in 2013 and 143,000 in 2014. Almost 133,000 Ukrainian citizens travelled to Geogia in 2015 during the last 11 months, despite the difficult economic situation in Ukraine,’’ Georgia Online cites him as saying.
