Ulyukayev: Dollar exchange rate for 2016 will amount to 63.5 rubles

The average annual dollar exchange rate in 2016 will amount to 63.5 rubles, the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev stated.

"In 2016 - 63.5 rubles, and in this year - 61 rubles", - RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
