The issue of freezing citizens' pension savings next year is not being discussed, Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev stated.
"No, freezing is not being discussed," gazeta.ru quoted him as saying.
For his part, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov stressed that the fate of pension savings in 2016 will be decided next week.
