Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexey Ulyukayev has said that the probability of a Russian product embargo against Ukraine from January 1st 2016 is extremely high.
According to him, there is no fatal necessity to introduce a product embargo. It is not associated with negotiations on the association of Ukraine and the EU, but with the sanctions regime, RIA Novosti reports.
