Ulyukayev: Russian economy may start to grow next year

Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev did not exclude the possibility of the beginning of growth in the economy next year.

"I remind you that now, after eight months, the level of decline is 3.8% of GDP. We expect that by the end of this year there will be approximately the same decline. But next year, access to the positive plane, a positive level, is possible,"gazeta.ru quoted him as saying.

According to the Minister, Russia's GDP may grow 0.7% in 2016.
