Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev believes that Russia will win the case on the Ukrainian debt of $3 billion.
"I think that the legal situation is in our favor, our position is legitimate," he said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 TV channel.
According to him, the IMF has recently confirmed that it is a sovereign debt. "So I think that our chances of achieving a positive judgment are close to 100%," Interfax cited him as saying.
