Deputy US Secretary of State Victoria Nuland has stated that the US is to increase the budget for preparing soldiers of the Ukrainian army, as well the National Guard and law enforcement officers. However, she stressed that Washington was not going to supply free-flight techniques to Kiev.
"As you know, no decision about the supplement of free-flight techniques was taken in this regard. We continue to train military personnel in Ukraine, and the budget for training in 2016 will be increased," Nuland said at a hearing in the Senate.
