A man who opened fire at police officers was wounded by return fire and detained at 3 am near Tyube (Kumtorkalinsky District, Dagestan).
The 30-year-old resident of Khasavyurt opened fire when the police stopped his car, TASS cited the press service of the republic's Interior Ministry.
