One soldier has been killed due to the explosion of a Ural vehicle with ten military personnel inside.
"Unidentified individuals installed a self-made explosive device, which detonated during the movement of the Ural and UAZ military vehicles. As a result of the explosion one soldier was killed and several people were injured,'' RIA Novosti cites a source in the law enforcement bodies of the republic.
It is reported that the incident occurred near Makhachkala at about 9.00 PM (MSK).
