The US embassy in Uzbekistan was attacked by an unidentified man today.
He threw two Molotov cocktail bottles at the building of the diplomatic mission, one of which exploded. There were no injuries reported after the incident.
The embassy was temporarily closed, protection measures around it were intensified.
