Upcoming parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan discussed in Orenburg

An international round table titled 'Strengthening the integration relations between Kyrgyzstan and the EEU in the context of the upcoming parliamentary elections' started its work in Orenburg.

The meeting is attended by the Chief of Staff of the Governor and the Government of the Orenburg region, Dmitry Kulagin, the head of external relations and cross-border cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Foreign Relations of the Orenburg region, Alexander Kalinin, and the president of the Chamber of Commerce of the Orenburg region, Oleg Avdeev.

The Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Orenburg region, Zhandar Uulu Taalaibek, a teacher of the Academy of Management under the President of Kyrgyzstan, Toktogul Kakchekeev, and an external expert of the National Institute for Strategic Studies of Kyrgyzstan, Bolot Aitkulov, represent the Kyrgyz side.

The future of Russian-Kyrgyz relations through the prism of prospects of cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the framework of the EEU, as well as the political and economic agenda for Kyrgyzstan on the eve of the parliamentary elections will be discussed during a round table.

The event was organized by the autonomous non-profit organization 'People's Commonwealth of Eurasia', the Research Institute of History and Ethnography of the South Urals at Orenburg State University and the local national-cultural autonomy of the Orenburg Kyrgyz people 'Mekendesh'.
