The average price of Urals oil in January-November 2017 was $52.17 per barrel, the website of the Russian Finance Ministry said.
In 2016 the average price of Urals oil was $41.02 per barrel.
Accordingly, in annual terms, the average price of Urals increased by 27.2% in the first 11 months of this year.
