The State Duma has sent Nikolai Valuev, Alexander Karelin, Iosif Kobzon and Irina Rodnina as their representatives in the mission of CIS observers to the upcoming elections in Kazakhstan that are to take place on March 20th, the head of Headquarters of the CIS observation mission Yevgeny Sloboda said.
"According to preliminary documents introduced by the State Duma, Alexander Karelin, Nikolai Valuev, Iosif Kobzon and Irina Rodnina are in the observers delegation from the State Duma," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
