According to the article, the frescoes in the Roman catacombs of Saints Marcellino and Pietro, which were opened to the public some time ago, have become as great as before.
The results of complex restoration work over several years were demonstrated on February 23rd at the residence of the Pontifical Council for Culture. Funds for the restoration of ancient masterpieces were provided by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which is headed by the First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva.
