Veniamin Kondratyev dissatisfied with tax collection in Kuban

The governor of Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, expressed his dissatisfaction with the plan of collecting taxes by the authorities of Krasnodar, Sochi and Armavir during the first nine months of this year. 

When some municipalities show 125% growth, others cannot achieve even last year’s level, the reason is not the economy. The reason is people's desire to make the economy,’’ Interfax cites him as saying.
