Georgian Vice PM, Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze has to leave office as he takes part in the upcoming elections, InterpressNews reported.
He is number 2 in the top ten of the Georgian Dream electoral list. The Georgian legislation envisages resignation of the officials whose positions are not compatible to being majoritarian candidates.
The term of presentation of election-participant parties to CEC expires today.
